We made a bonfire.
모닥불을 피웠어.

Bonfire는 야외에서 신호, 보온, 축하 등을 위해 피우는 모닥불을 의미하며, red as a beet는 ‘새빨간’, dermatologist는 ‘피부과 의사’라는 뜻입니다.

My family went on vacation to Kangwondo. We pitched a tent next to the river. We met some nice families there. On the last night, we made a bonfire and sang together. It was very nice. The bad thing was I stayed out in the sun too long. I was as red as a beet. It looks pretty severe, so I might go see a dermatologist.

가족과 함께 강원도로 휴가를 갔어. 강가에 텐트를 쳤는데, 거기서 다른 좋은 가족들을 만났어. 마지막 날에는 모닥불을 피우고 노래도 함께 불렀단다. 정말 좋았어. 근데 안 좋았던 건 바깥에서 햇볕을 너무 오래 쬐었는지 피부가 새빨갛게 익어버렸다는 거야. 너무 심한 거 같아서 피부과에 가 보려고.
